What We're Developing.
Nexion's membrane platform is built from pristine, unmodified PEEK. No surface treatments. No chemical additives. No compromises baked in from the start. Just a material that performs because of what it fundamentally is.
We have developed a tailorable Ultrafiltration Platform and are actively expanding into microfiltration and nanofiltration regimes. A full spectrum membrane platform built for the harshest applications in pharma, biopharma, life sciences, and healthcare.
No shortcuts. No exceptions.

What is PEEK?
PEEK is a High-Performance Thermoplastic
PEEK, or poly(ether-ether-ketone), is a high-performance engineering polymer known for its semi-crystalline structure and aryl-ether linkages. Originally developed for military and aerospace applications where failure is not an option, PEEK has since found its way into orthopedic implants, where its biological inertness and mechanical toughness make it one of the few materials trusted inside the human body. Add extreme chemical and radiation resistance, thermal stability, and durability that outlasts almost everything else and you have a material that's hard to argue with.
Those properties made it interesting. So we made membranes out of it.
